We currently serve clients from age 13 through age 83, helping high school and college athletes, runners, weekend warriors, and others who just want to take a true 1:1 functional personal training approach. We are also one of the first adopters of the Power Plate technology, which fully supports efficiency and increased efficacy.

We follow five key training philosophies that make every session purposeful:
Time Under Tension: Muscles are continually working throughout each repetition, with minimal downtime between exercises. We also include intentional movements to enhance control, stability, endurance, and strength more effectively than rushing through sets.
Compound Movements: Exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at once, such as squats or planks, help improve coordination and overall body power and performance.
Core, Balance, and Stability: Training the body’s foundation enhances posture and control, reducing strain on the spine and improving performance in sports and daily activities.
Whole Body Vibration: Our Power Plate tri-planar technology is used with nearly every exercise. After working in corporate America for over 30 years, Jim Harrington has always been passionate about coaching and making a difference in people’s lives. In addition to serving as our Clinic Director, he is now also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Aging Specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every training session.
