It’s no surprise that many people don’t like the idea of working out in a jam-packed gym, where it seems like all eyes are on you and your level of fitness. There’s no intimidation factor here, just encouraging support to help you achieve your goals!

We currently serve clients from age 13 through age 83, helping high school and college athletes, runners, weekend warriors, and others who just want to take a true 1:1 functional personal training approach. We are also one of the first adopters of the Power Plate technology, which fully supports efficiency and increased efficacy.

No two clients are alike, so we personalize training sessions to meet each individual’s unique needs. Whether you’re a new mom looking to get back in shape, a runner hoping to compete in an upcoming marathon, or a senior seeking to stay active in your golden years, our trainers, Jim and Connor, will customize a plan for you.

Time Under Tension (TUT) – this emphasizes disciplined movements that emphasize ensuring every rep is done with the best possible form – which supports efficiency and effectiveness.

Compound movements and minimal breaks – also supports efficiency and effectiveness.

Core. Balance. Stability. – You’ll get full body workouts, but we believe that everyone benefits from a solid foundation. This is foundational not only for athletes but for everyone. Core, balance, and stability takes on particular importance as we age.

Our Personal Trainers

Clinic Director & Certified Personal Trainer After working in corporate America for over 30 years, Jim Harrington has always been passionate about coaching and making a difference in people’s lives. In addition to serving as our Clinic Director, he is now also a Certified Personal Trainer. He achieved certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and is pursuing Master Trainer certification.

Certified Personal Trainer, Connor Harrington Connor is a man of many skills, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant, a Certified Laser Technician, and a multi-sport coach and athlete.

Although our space is limited, we pack a lot into it to get our clients in shape. We feature the following, and can also incorporate some yoga into a training regimen:

  • Soft weighted balls

  • BOSU ball and balance boards

  • Kettlebells
  • A stand-alone bench
  • Mats
  • TheraBand Wall Station (featuring traditional bands and tubes)

How long is each session and how much does it cost?

Each visit is about 30 minutes, and the cost is $70/an hour, with package discounts available. You’re not only getting the personal training, but also customized programs and time on the PowerPlate.
Do you offer any specials?
We have multiple pricing options to fit your budget. If you just want to see if personal training is for you, you can purchase one session for $40.
